Secretary Teresa Miller, Pennsylvania Department of Health & Human Services
The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services has been a nation-wide leader in using Medicaid to create positive interventions in recipients lives by addressing the social determinants of health and working with community-based organizations. Secretary Teresa Miller has spearheaded this effort, and we are excited to hear her speak about specific strategies that Pennsylvania can use to create and sustain healthier communities.
